Coating Furnace Operator 2ndShift | Greer, SC
Schedule: 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and monitor furnace loads during the coating process.
• Clean, inspect, and maintain furnace and support systems (vacuum, gas, water).
• Perform quality checks using microscopes and document inspection results.
• Handle materials and track production data using digital and paper systems.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance under minimal supervision.
• Support coating operations across multiple stages of production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Familiarity with machine maintenance and inspection processes.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability on a night shift schedule.
