Role: Electromechanical Assembler - (Robotics)
Location: San Francisco (Onsite 5 Days/Week)
Duration: 2 Months
Interview Process: Onsite Interviews Required
Pay rate: 35.24/hr. on W2
Position Summary
- Seeking a hands-on Mechanical Electrical Assembler to support assembly, integration, and servicing of autonomous robotic systems and production hardware.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in electromechanical assembly, wiring, cable harnessing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support within robotics, automotive, aerospace, or electronics environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems and subassemblies
- Build wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and electro-mechanical integrations
- Install compute, control, power, and sensor systems
- Perform inspections, functional testing, and basic calibrations
- Identify and report build defects, missing parts, or out-of-spec conditions
- Rework, repair, and refurbish assemblies as required
- Support integration, final assembly, and shipment preparation
- Maintain organized workstations, tools, and inventory
- Record build status, serial numbers, and production data
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in: Manufacturing, Robotics, Automotive, Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Assembly
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Experience with: Hand tools, Power tools, Hydraulic & pneumatic equipment
- Strong attention to detail and assembly quality
- Ability to work onsite in fast-paced manufacturing/lab environments
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work on ladders/platforms when required
- Basic English communication skills
