Overview:
Customer Support Representative, Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling equipment deliveries, pickups, and relocations while providing excellent customer service. This role works closely with sales, field service, inventory control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate scheduling and order management in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Duties:
- Monitored open orders within assigned geographic areas to ensure timely processing and completion.
- Contacted customers via phone and email to schedule deliveries, pickups, and equipment relocations.
- Coordinated schedules with delivery supervisors and third-party logistics providers.
- Updated delivery notes and order details to provide accurate information to drivers and service teams.
- Added Oracle orders into the Descartes system when the auto-load process failed.
- Assisted Senior Schedulers with daily scheduling activities and priority orders.
- Managed hot orders, cancelled orders, and rescheduled aborted transactions as needed.
- Created manual orders in the delivery system when required.
- Updated issue logs and maintained accurate scheduling records.
- Monitored failed installation call reports and scheduled follow-up service calls appropriately.
- Reviewed and acted on reports including RMA Reports and Staging Reports.
- Utilized advanced scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to support daily operations.
- Provided strong customer service while resolving scheduling and delivery-related issues.
- Worked collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining professionalism with internal and external customers.
