About the Role

Are you an expert in cloud data orchestration who thrives on building robust, scalable data pipelines? We are looking for an ETL Engineer to drive data integration solutions within the cloud ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage large volumes of data and streamline complex workflows that power business intelligence, analytics, and reporting engines.

What Youll Do
  • Pipeline Orchestration: Design, develop, deploy, and monitor robust ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).

  • Cloud Integration: Optimize data workflows across the broader Microsoft cloud ecosystem, leveraging Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics.

  • Data Modeling & Optimization: Utilize strong SQL skills and data modeling concepts to process large datasets efficiently and maximize performance.

  • DevOps & CI/CD: Manage version control and pipeline deployments seamlessly using Azure DevOps.

  • Collaboration & Security: Partner with cross-functional teams to align data strategies while strictly adhering to cloud security best practices and compliance standards.

What You Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline design, development, and debugging.

  • Industry Experience: Strong Provider Data experience working within a Health Plan / Payer environment is highly preferred.

  • Azure Stack Proficiency: Deep familiarity with Azure SQL, Data Lake, Blob Storage, and Synapse Analytics.

  • Core Skills: Advanced SQL writing capabilities, solid data modeling foundations, and experience managing large, complex datasets.

  • DevOps Practice: Exposure to Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and version control.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex data flows and integration anomalies.
