Sr Salesforce Developer with Agentic AI experience

Seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong communication abilities and hands-on experience in AI-driven Salesforce solutions, for a hybrid contract-to-hire role in Clinton NJ with a leading insurance firm. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms, including Lightning and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement and optimize solutions within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Work with AI capabilities within Salesforce, including Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
• Design and build dashboards and insights using Einstein Analytics Plus
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Provide technical guidance and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (LWC) development
• Experience working with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI tools such as Agentforce and Einstein Analytics
• Experience with Einstein Analytics Plus (Tableau CRM)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, AI/Analytics-related certifications)
• Experience in integrating third-party systems with Salesforce
• Ability to work in agile environments
