Job Description
- 5+ years of front-end development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS).
- 2+ years of Angular experience with strong understanding of framework principles (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJS/state patterns).
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Lead (delegation, mentoring, architecture, delivery ownership from inception to release).
- Ability to understand and integrate with back-end RESTful APIs (including troubleshooting contract issues).
- Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (engineering, product, analysts, stakeholders).
- Experience with sustainable engineering practices: automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting (as applicable to the UI).
- Hands-on player/coach responsible for front-end architecture, delivery, and technical execution across the team.
- Own code quality standards (code reviews, maintainable patterns, testing expectations) and ensure work is broken down into incremental, releasable stories.
- Partner with PO, designers, and backend teams to plan integration and deliver end-to-end experiences.
