End Time: 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM

Job Description

The Operator I will support manufacturing operations by performing production and assembly tasks while following company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required (medical device manufacturing is a plus).

• Warehouse-only experience (e.g., forklift driving, package handling, Amazon fulfillment) will not be considered.

• Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test.

• Candidates will be asked during the intake call about any upcoming vacations or planned time off.

• Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions.

• Comfortable working with microscopes and small components.

Key Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies.

• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions and work documents.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).

• Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and assemble components.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per day.

• Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, or pull as required.

• Must possess strong visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
