Full Stack Developer Hybrid

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET) - Hybrid
Location: Richmond-VA

Experience: 5 10 years

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work directly with product/business stakeholders, deliver with minimal guidance, and proactively drive solutions end to end from UI through APIs, services, and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using .NET / .NET Core and modern web patterns
• Build and consume RESTful services using ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability
• Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to deliver scalable and testable code
• Implement robust data access layers using Entity Framework and optimize data operations as needed
• Develop modern UI experiences using Blazor (listed internally as Blazer/Blazor)
• Implement asynchronous messaging/eventing workflows using RabbitMQ and ensure reliable integrations
• Work with MongoDB for NoSQL persistence and validation as required
• Collaborate closely with product/business teams to refine requirements and translate them into working software increments
• Participate in code reviews, improve engineering standards, and contribute to delivery predictability and quality

• Design Patterns (SOLID, layered architecture, etc.)

• Blazor (spelled Blazer in some internal material)
• RabbitMQ
• MongoDB
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills across UI/API/data layers

Additional Skills / Experience

• Experience with .NET Framework
• Hands-on experience in MVC and Web API development
• Knowledge of databases such as Sybase or SQL Server
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in Git version control
• Awareness in Angular is a plus
• Awareness of new AI tools for development
