Key Responsibilities- Perform engineering assignments across multiple disciplines.
- Assist with project management, negotiations, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical teams and engage in decision-making and project coordination.
- Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and long-term performance goals.
- Specialized functions may include Electrical/I&C, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, and MOV Valve Engineering.
- Manage project engineering responsibilities, including schedule and budget oversight.
- Lead engineering reviews and design optimization processes.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of engineering designs and project plans.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 6 - 10 years of experience managing engineering projects in the solar, BESS, or power industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale engineering projects.
- Experience with computational tools such as ETAP, EDISON.
- Familiarity with ASME standards and seismic qualification.
- Experience in diagnostic and troubleshooting of valve programs.
