Job Title: TIBCO Consultant

Job Description:
Required skills:
Strong experience with TIBCO Business Works 5.x (design, development, deployment, and troubleshooting) is a must.
Hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS (designing queues, topics, durable subscribers, fault-tolerant setup). Experience with TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, and deployment/monitoring tools.
Knowledge of TIBCO Adapters (e.g., JDBC, File, SAP, etc.).
Strong understanding of SOA principles and enterprise integration patterns.
Development and consumption of SOAP and RESTful services. Proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, and Swagger/OpenAPI specifications Strong SQL skills;
hands-on experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
Knowledge of messaging middleware concepts (JMS, MQ, EMS).
Nice to have skills:
Experience with UNIX/Linux environments, shell scripting, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with source control systems (Git, SVN). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams. Exposure to Agile delivery models and backlog management (Jira, Rally, or similar).
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
Good to have:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of API Gateways, microservices architecture, and security standards (OAuth2, SSL, certificates). Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, ELK stack, AppDynamics).
