Seeking a Sr Test Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing test systems, electronic troubleshooting, and medical device manufacturing support.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing test systems and test tooling at component level
Perform root cause analysis and recommend design/process improvements
Analyze test data and define changes to test equipment, procedures, and manufacturing processes
Support development, redesign, and deployment of automated test systems and fixtures
Coordinate repair activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Document failure analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities
Support CRM and Neuro product lines in a production environment

Must Have Skills:
Hands-on troubleshooting and repair of electronic test systems/test tooling
Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience
Experience supporting medical device or electronic manufacturing environments
Strong data analysis and test equipment/process improvement skills

Nice to Have:
NI LabVIEW Certification
Experience with automated test equipment and fixture design

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
