Job Title: Process Manager
Location: Richmond, VA
Duration: 6+ months
Salary Range: $45-50/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
This role will be responsible for independently managing daily activities that support key control/operational processes and drive quality outcomes, as well as providing first-class support to end-users across the enterprise, while identifying, vetting, and implementing improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control outcomes without disrupting existing systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of process management concepts (e.g., CTQs, KPIs, SIPOCs, Swimlanes, RACIs, Process Health Monitoring).
Ability to apply process management experience to execute structured workflows and define/design workflows as needed.
Understanding of IT risk and governance fundamentals, including process management to avoid non-compliance.
Understanding of cyber security and access management concepts.
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Yellow Belt certification or experience with end-to-end process mapping and improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting internal controls, audit processes, or risk remediation.
Experience with AI frameworks (e.g., Google Gemini/Gems) is a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Independently manage recurring activities with flawless delivery.
Drive quality and compliant outcomes for key control and operational processes.
Leverage process management concepts and tools to drive clarity and understanding about existing processes and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to audit-related activities such as process walk-throughs and evidence requests.
Provide first-class level 1 service to peer teams and internal end-users.
