Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client 365 Copilot Trainer to drive AI adoption and user enablement across enterprise teams. The role involves delivering Copilot training sessions, conducting workshops, creating learning content, coaching users on prompt engineering, and supporting organization-wide adoption initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars, demos, and hands-on labs for Client 365 Copilot applications including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Train users on prompt engineering and best practices for effective Copilot usage.
• Conduct persona discovery sessions and workflow analysis to identify AI use cases.
• Develop lesson plans, training guides, prompt libraries, and learning materials.
• Facilitate adoption campaigns, change management activities, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and productivity outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Client 365 and Client Copilot.
• Expertise in training delivery, workshops, and user enablement.
• Good understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Experience in change management, digital adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Client 365 / Copilot certifications.
• Experience in enterprise AI adoption programs.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking or OCM frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR.
