We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for a 100% onsite role to provide technical support and assistance. This position requires expertise in hardware troubleshooting and operating system management, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Laptop/Desktop refresh processes
• Proficiency in OS Imaging
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Laptop/Desktop Hardware
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems
• Excellent communication skills
• End User Support experience
• Stakeholder Management abilities
• Team Player mentality
• Experience in Ticket handling
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Additional certifications in IT support or related fields
• Experience with advanced networking troubleshooting
• Familiarity with remote support tools and software

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new equipment
• Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues
