Title: Application Support Engineer (Empyrean)
Location: Stamford, CT (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months

Salary Range: $55 - $58/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).
Applicants must be willing to work on W2.

Job Description:

• Must Have 4 to 7 years in Application Migration.
• Must Have overall Experience Required is 6 to 8 years.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.
• Assist business users with system usage, data issues, and reporting needs, ensuring high service levels.
• Support integrations between Empyrean and other enterprise systems, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives as applicable.
• Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures for knowledge continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
