Are you a skilled driver with a heart for service?Werelooking for dedicated drivers who will be instrumental in achieving our blood collection goals and supporting our life-saving mission.

In this role, you will be on the front lines, ensuring the efficient setup, operation, and takedown of mobile blood drives. You will use your communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with hospital and vendor staff as you deliver and transport blood and blood products. A successful driver will also need exceptional problem-solving skills to manage weather-related driving challenges and report any issues to management. Every day, you will make a measurable difference by helping save lives through safe and efficient transport of blood donations.

Whatyoulldo:

• Support Blood Drive Operations:Help set up and take down mobile blood drives with ease and efficiency.

• Manage Blood Transport:collaborate with your colleagues tosafelytransport and deliver blood and blood products from drives to ensure they reach their destination in top condition.

• Assist and Serve:Provide excellent customer service to clients, donors, and team membersby building strongpartnershipsandrelationships with hospitals,drivesponsors, and our staff.Iftheopportunityarises to interact with donors, create a welcoming and comfortable environmentforthemwhile ensuringsafety procedures are adhered to.

• Handle Various Tasks:Be ready to tackleadditionaltasks as they come up to support our teamduring the drive with acan-doapproachtomeet ourmissionof saving lives.

Qualifications:

Whatyou'llneed:

• High School DiplomaorGED.

• 2-3 years of truck or bus driving experience.

• Avalid/clean drivers license.

• The ability to meet Department of Transportation (DOT)regulations.

• Demonstrated experience driving a straight truck and cargo vanand non-cdl bus.

• Abilitytoliftupto50lbs and accurately follow instructions are allrequired.
• Provide all commercial driving positions held within the past ten years if any.
