Job Summary:

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatology Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive on-site dermatologic care within skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide dermatology consultations and evaluations for SNF/LTC residents

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic skin conditions, including skin cancers

Perform dermatologic procedures within scope, including biopsies and lesion removal

Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and clinical staff

Ensure regulatory-compliant documentation in EMR systems

Participate in quality improvement and survey-readiness initiatives

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Completion of an accredited Dermatology residency

Active New York State medical license

DEA registration

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology

Experience in SNF/LTC preferred
