Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support B2B sales operations within a growing territory. This role is designed as a leadership development position, offering structured training and mentorship toward promotion into a Branch Manager role with full P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with B2B customers, identifying equipment or service needs and recommending solutions
  • Prospect new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within an assigned territory
  • Execute a consultative sales approach to close rental, lease, and equipment sales transactions
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with credit management and collections activities as needed
  • Track leads, customer activity, and sales performance using CRM and internal systems
  • Support branch operations, including inventory tracking, reporting, and key performance metrics
  • Participate in structured training to prepare for future Branch Manager responsibilities, including P&L ownership
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience with territory management or account ownership preferred

Compensation
  • First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): up to $100,000
