Position:Senior ServiceNow Developer / Admin
Location:Chicago IL, NYC, Washington DC, or Kansas City, MO (remote after some time)
Duration: Contract to Hire
Pay rate- $55-60/hr
W2 role
Key Skills: Minimum6+ years of ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITSM, hands-on development expertise, and experience working with the Security Incident Response (SIR) module.
Qualifications:
Education-Bachelor's in Comp Sci with 6+ years (or commensurate experience)

Required Skills and Experience
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
- Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ITSM and SIR
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
- Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust Suitability.
- Understanding and experience with IRM/GRC architecture, specifically CAM and Risk Workspaces
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- ServiceNow Developer Certifications
