About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to support our engineering and testing teams. This role serves as the connective tissue of the department, managing the physical parts and assets required for testing while also building the digital schedules and systems that keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Coordination & Scheduling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling test windows across different teams
  • Align timelines between engineering teams and external partners
  • Ensure resources including vehicles, tools, and personnel are available when needed
  • Follow up consistently with teams to collect post-testing data and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Inventory & Asset Management
Organize & Audit
  • Order, receive, and organize incoming parts
  • Maintain a clean and logical inventory system
  • Ensure assets and components are easy to locate and track
Logistics
  • Prepare assets for testing and transportation
System Building & Process Improvement
Bridge Operational Gaps
  • Identify organizational and communication gaps
  • Create and improve workflows using:
    • Excel trackers
    • Jira boards
    • Physical labeling systems
Reporting
  • Maintain dashboards and status reports
  • Provide management with visibility into project and testing progress

Required Qualifications
Experience
  • 02 years of experience
  • Open to recent graduates with degrees in:
    • Engineering
    • Logistics
    • Related fields
Organizational Skills
  • Strong organizational mindset
  • Ability to create structure and efficiency in fast-moving environments
  • Constantly seeks process improvement opportunities
Technical Skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
Communication Skills
  • Team-first attitude
  • Ability to professionally and persistently follow up with engineers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts up to 25 lbs when required
