JOB DESCRIPTION:
Skills and Experience
5 years C# .NET coding experience
Lead or Sole Developer experience
Containerisation and deployment with microservices including centralised logging
Full REST API Design and delivery and experience using SOAP backend interfaces
Familiarity with OAuth / MSAL Authentication and Authorization
Full understanding and capability using and managing Azure DevOps, Github and Git for build and deploy automation
IDE experience with Visual Studio Code and GitHub Copilot
Plus would be experience in Terraform using Azure DevOps and Dynatrace logging and Kubernetes (AKS)

Scope of Work
General
o API Design & Build (C#/.NET 8)
o REST endpoints (versioned) for: Create Policy, Amend/MTA, Renew, Bind, Cancel, GetStatus.
o Idempotency, request validation, correlation IDs, and deterministic error contracts.
o Callback endpoints to accept booking/bind confirmations from IRIS/PC.
Integration Adapters
o Desirable - IRIS adapter for skeleton/policy endpoints; handle optional/mandatory field variability.
Security & Identity/Observability
o Azure AD (MSAL) client credentials flow; per-endpoint authorization policies.
o Dynatrace integration.
o Health checks (liveness/readiness), feature flags (e.g., gradual cutover)
