We are seeking a collaborative and proactive Senior Product Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise applications and strategic business initiatives. This role will partner closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, legal and compliance groups, and operational teams to drive product planning, backlog management, roadmap execution, and ongoing product enhancements across multiple products.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments that require multitasking, stakeholder management, and strong communication skills. This person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying gaps, and proactively driving initiatives forward without needing constant direction.

This role supports a diverse portfolio of products spanning regulatory, compliance, legal, communications, and operational domains, including internally developed platforms and third-party SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support multiple enterprise products simultaneously across a dynamic and evolving product portfolio
  • Define product priorities, maintain backlogs, and partner with engineering teams to deliver business-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and user-centric products
  • Drive product planning activities including roadmap development, prioritization, business case support, and release coordination
  • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, workflows, functional requirements, and product documentation
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and priorities
  • Proactively identify gaps, risks, and opportunities and drive solution-oriented discussions across teams
  • Support ongoing product maintenance efforts, backlog prioritization, and operational enhancements for mature enterprise platforms
  • Participate in customer and stakeholder discussions to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and improve product usability
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including compliance, legal, communications, finance, operations, and engineering
  • Work closely with engineering teams while effectively communicating technical concepts without needing to perform hands-on development work
  • Contribute to vendor coordination and SaaS product management activities where applicable
  • Support AI-forward initiatives and evolving technologies while helping teams identify practical opportunities for innovation and efficiency
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required
  • 8 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or related roles
  • Proven experience supporting multiple products or initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to context switch effectively between projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, gather clarity, and proactively drive initiatives forward
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams and technical stakeholders
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with engineers and understand technical concepts without needing hands-on coding expertise
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience developing product documentation including workflows, use cases, functional requirements, and business process documentation
  • Experience with SaaS products, vendor relationships, or enterprise platforms is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, legal, compliance, or corporate governance environments is a plus
  • Exposure to data governance or data classification initiatives is a plus
  • Knowledge of broker-dealer operations, compliance processes, or financial industry workflows is helpful but not required
  • Experience supporting legal, ethics, compliance, finance, communications, or regulatory-focused teams is a plus

  • Background supporting data governance, classification, or operational modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with prototyping, product discovery, or user experience collaboration
