Job Description:
Role: Project Manager
Primary Focus: Maintain delivery predictability, cross-team coherence, resource alignment, stakeholder communication workflows, and governance compliance using MS Project as the authoritative system for schedule, dependencies, and ADS EPMO-level reporting.

- MS Project Deliverables
- Governance & Reporting
- Cross-workstream Coordination
- Roadmaps, dependency maps, schedule baselines, milestone tracking (DataOps MVP, CI/CD expansion, legacy decommission milestones).
- RAID logs, KPIs, executive reporting, all compliance deliverables. ADS EPMO reporting
- Training integration, governance ops coordination, vendor oversight via deliverable acceptance templates.

1. Project Manager (PM)
A. MS ProjectBased Deliverables (Core PM Artifacts) These ensure the program has a validated, authoritative plan of record.
1. Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) A detailed MS Project schedule that includes:
All workstreams and phases
Dependencies across technical, governance, analytics, and operational teams
Milestones supporting regulatory deadlines, vendor deliverables, and technology cutovers
Logic-linked sequencing (FS, SS, FF relationships)
Resource assignments mapped by role or named individuals
Contingency buffers (if applicable) and known lag times
2. Schedule Baseline Package A package submitted for governance approval including:
Baseline Gantt chart
Baseline milestone list
Baseline critical path
Change-control parameters (what requires approval vs. informational updates)
3. Critical Path & Variance Analyses Recurring analysis deliverables:
Critical path identification and explanation
Forecasted slippage, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Slack analysis for near-critical activities
Impact of risks or staffing changes on the timeline
4. Multi-Horizon Roadmaps Roadmaps derived directly from MS Project, such as:
Annual roadmap (strategic)
Quarterly roadmap (execution)
Monthly milestone roadmap (operational readiness)
5. Resource Planning Deliverables
Forecast of % allocation by team/role
Contingency and surge planning
Resource leveling artifacts (workload balancing)
Scenarios for staff reductions or onboarding
