Job Description
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects and/or technology implementations
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Experience managing large-scale projects or programs with budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong knowledge of project financial tracking including burn rate management, forecasting, ETCs, baselines, and resource planning
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams within enterprise environments
- Ability to identify project variances, develop corrective action plans, and escalate risks with actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and hybrid delivery models
- Experience using enterprise project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Planview, or similar PM platforms
- Experience with Agile project coordination tools such as JIRA preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- SharePoint experience preferred
- Experience working within enterprise PMO environments
- Experience supporting application development or enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience working with distributed or remote project teams
