Title: Sorting Coordinator
B SHIFT Mon - Thurs PM 6pm - 6:30am
Position Overview:
The Sorting Coordinator will perform visual inspection on the product to confirm conformance of the product to sorting requirements.
Responsibilities:
Complete visual inspection of product against sorting requirements.
Communicate effectively with sort leader as needed.
Performs other duties as required.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support environment.
Experience working in the medical device industry.
Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, communicate, and write.
Ability to understand and follow standard operational procedures and follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and other employees
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision
Basic math and arithmetic skills
Able to work effectively with a team environment.
Able to perform tasks with accuracy and reliability
Physical Requirements:
Proficient vision (glasses to aid vision are acceptable)
NOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work).
