Performance Engineer

- Strong experience in Performance Testing and Engineering using LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or NeoLoad
- Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
- Experience testing high-volume banking applications, payment systems, and transaction platforms
- Strong understanding of Web, API, Microservices, and Distributed architectures
- Experience with Java/.NET applications, SQL databases, and middleware systems
- Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, SOAP, Kafka, MQ, and messaging systems
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps environments
- Strong SQL skills and database performance tuning experience
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
