Job Title: Oracle Program Manager
Location: Irvine, CA - Onsite role
Duration: 6 + Months

Job Description:

1. 15+ years of experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs with 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management.
2. Proven experience leading 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations across multiple modules.
3. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM) and technical areas (OIC, Integrations, Data Migration, Security).
4. Demonstrated ability to manage large cross-functional teams (onsite + offshore).
5. Expertise in project/program governance, RAID management, critical-path control, and delivery assurance.
6. Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
7. Hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Cloud Methodology, Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery
8. PMO frameworks and KPIs
9. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
10. Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
11. Ability to translate complex program risks into clear action plans.
12. Strong understanding of Core Oracle modules business processes
