Operations Planner

Were looking for an Associate Production Planner to support end-to-end order management across multiple brand channels within the lingerie and apparel space. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Youll play a key role in ensuring purchase orders, production timelines, and delivery schedules are accurate and on track while partnering with internal teams and offshore support.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain purchase orders (POs) across systems
- Manage PO updates, amendments, and issue resolution
- Track production timelines including dye and cut dates
- Maintain accurate on-order reporting and delivery tracking
- Partner with offshore teams to ensure data accuracy in SAP/Mainframe systems
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues with cross-functional partners
- Support liability tracking, reporting, and dispute resolution
- Assist with cancellation processes and documentation
- Contribute to capacity planning and production scheduling
- Participate in weekly production and WIPS meetings
- Maintain reporting for late deliveries and floorset readiness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 13 years of experience in supply chain, production, planning, or related field
- Internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in apparel, retail, or fashion industry
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to production planning or order management processes
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams
- Location: Reynoldsburg, OH Hybrid -Onsite Tues-Thurs
