Title:Project Manager/ Implementation Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262
Duration: 12 month contract (possible extension or Conversion)
This contractor will support lending capabilities within Wholesale Operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities throughout the project lifecycle for Lending Operations projects.
Duties- Facilitate project meetings
- Manage enhancements and assess operational impacts
- Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for enhancements impacting Operations
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to identify solutions
- Liaise with leadership as needed
- 5+ years of project or product delivery experience
- Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Operations experience
- LoanIQ and/or lending knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to quickly reprioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
