Title:Project Manager/ Implementation Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262
Duration: 12 month contract (possible extension or Conversion)

Project Details

This contractor will support lending capabilities within Wholesale Operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities throughout the project lifecycle for Lending Operations projects.

Duties

• Facilitate project meetings
• Manage enhancements and assess operational impacts
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for enhancements impacting Operations
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with team members to identify solutions
• Liaise with leadership as needed

Top Skills

• 5+ years of project or product delivery experience
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines, and manage issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Nice to Have

• Operations experience
• LoanIQ and/or lending knowledge
