Millbrook Support Services is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Shippers and Packers for a Night Shift Position to join our Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy team in Lancaster, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to pharmacy standards and federal guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing items.
- Verify shipment contents against invoices, bills of lading, or storage receipts.
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, and compliance with order specifications.
- Record reasons for returns and report discrepancies or quality issues.
- Utilize shipping software and data entry systems to track inventory and communicate updates.
- Unload, unpack, and deliver incoming inventory to designated areas.
- Participate in safety meetings, daily huddles, and process improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Language and Reasoning Skills:
- Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak).
- Ability to understand safety rules, operating procedures, and written instructions.
- Able to write routine reports and interpret shipping documentation.
- GED or High School Diploma required
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Stand and walk for long periods throughout the shift.
- Use hands to handle materials and operate equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required: distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
