Collaborate with industry experts to develop impactful learning materials for the electric transmission and substation group.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop technical training materials for apprenticeships.
- Perform detailed task analysis and define learning objectives.
- Work under the guidance of the Senior Instructional Designer.
- Participate in milestone meetings and engage with subject matter experts.
- Bachelor's degree or certification in instructional design or related field.
- Experience developing instructor-led training for technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong time management, communication, and independent working skills.
- Experience with QuestionMark, Author-It, or Articulate 360.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Experience with PG&E Academy.
