Location: Goodyear , AZ
Salary Range: $90/hr to $95/hr on W2

Introduction

This position is located in Goodyear, AZ, with a competitive salary range of $90/hr to $95/hr on W2. The role involves working on-site and requires a proactive approach to managing construction integration processes and ensuring quality standards are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing QA/QC processes and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in construction project management, architecture, engineering, quality management, or related fields, with 5 years of related experience on data center projects OR equivalent experience in a similar industry.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction with expertise in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and CSA (civil/structural/architectural), construction quality management, commissioning expertise, and quality control testing.
  • Proficiency in Client 360 Suite, BIM (building information modeling), Bluebeam, and other construction software tools as needed.
  • Deep knowledge of CSA, and MEP systems and install scopes.
  • Ability to review QMPs, ITPs, and validate field execution against specification.
  • Experience executing audits and NCR management.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Prior work experience at the client
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
  • Technical mastery or knowledge of continuous/process improvement methodologies such as DMAIC, Lean, DFSS/process design, process management, and change management.
  • Certifications in quality control and testing are preferred, such as CQM certificate from US Army Corps of Engineers, OSHA 30.
  • Knowledge of FMEA, MSA process, 8D, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • COPQ analysis and ISO 9000 experience, ASQ certification CQM, CQE, or CQA.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring others, ensuring Safety program is followed.
  • Review General Contractors Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) including QA/QC procedures and inspection and test plans.
  • Oversee, train, and counsel project staff to ensure consistency in auditing and execution against Clients project quality specifications and standards.
  • Lead and manage quality awareness promotions that will enhance the quality culture and outputs on the project.
  • Attend and participate in project meetings for design and construction including but not limited to the OAC and weekly quality meetings.
  • Identify quality issues and ensure necessary modifications are made to keep to budget, schedule, and scope for improved project delivery.
  • Execute project audits and ensure audit goals are met.
  • Document, analyze, and evaluate quality metrics on the project.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders on QA/QC processes, specifications, and best practices.
