We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong DevOps and .NET expertise to drive CI/CD initiatives and support system engineering efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development activities including coding, debugging, and unit testing for .NET-based applications
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Provide expert analysis of problem statements and recommend effective technical solutions
• Lead or contribute to system engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer and skill development

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in DevOps practices and tools
• Hands-on expertise in .NET development
• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Proficiency in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Additional Information:

• Onsite role candidate must be available to work from the office from Day 1
