Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technology Lead with expertise in Development Methodology, specifically Scrum. This role will be critical in guiding our development teams to success through effective implementation and management of Scrum practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, system configuration, or related technical business roles.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a pertinent field.
• Experience in leading Scrum teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams in the application of Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
