Introduction

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end change and release activities, ensuring all changes are compliant with enterprise standards, policies, and timelines. This position acts as the central point of coordination across development, QA, and stakeholders to enable smooth, compliant, and high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Release Coordination / Change Management in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRQ tools and processes (e.g., Remedy or equivalent).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and release lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and change management systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and compliance.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Change and Release Management processes.
  • Familiarity with QA processes and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience with automation, reporting tools, or MIS tools (e.g., Excel, Access).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Partner with Development Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to create, manage, and submit high-quality CRQs with accurate and complete details.
  • Coordinate end-to-end release activities, including planning, scheduling, approvals, implementation, and post-production validation.
  • Drive CRQ lifecycle management, ensuring timely approvals, risk mitigation, and clear audit trails.
