Schedule:Shift hours vary (multiple shift times available for both day and evening)
Location:In-person at our Warrensville Heights, Cleveland, OH office + some opportunities to work from home
Pay: $17-20per hour, based on experience
WhatYou'll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency
- Schedule service appointments and maintenance appointments
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintainaccuraterecords of customer interactions in our system
- Communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
What You Will Bring:

- Basic computer skills andproficiencyin scheduling software (training provided)
- Previouscustomer service experience is preferred but notrequiredwe will train the right candidate!
