Supply Chain Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Must be available to work in the Rosemont office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays
Position Responsibilities:
- The Project manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of supply chain cross-functional projects in alignment with business strategy, including process improvement, project implementation, and root cause analysis.
- You will align with suppliers and internal stakeholders on shared metrics and targets to provide recommendations for solutions, ongoing updates, and delays
- This role will collaborate with internal and external teams to improve distribution center and restaurant replenishment processes, including improving purchase order fill, on time delivery, and lead time adherence
- Project Managers create and update training materials and develop subject matter expertise for systems, including PowerPoint and Excel and in areas of purchasing and planning
- The Project manager participates in long-term strategic planning and improvement to drive standardization of best practices
- Additionally, you will communicate updates and results with stakeholders and senior leadership, balancing meeting business objectives ensuring accountability while promoting collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters Degree
