5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong Python and or/Java skills, including at least 1 year of experience building AI agent systems from a programming perspective.
Good understanding of AWS networking is good to have.

As a Software Engineer Sr (Gen AI), your role is pivotal in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions for a development environment.
You will have the opportunity to develop scalable applications that integrate sophisticated AI models, directly influencing how businesses operate and succeed.
Your expertise in Python-based microservices will be crucial in creating robust quality-controlled frameworks for Gen AI solutions that will help with Governance Approvals.
By collaborating with Gen AI experts, development teams and other cross-functional teams, you will drive the implementation of enterprise-grade Gen AI solutions, ensuring they meet the standards of performance and reliability.
Additional Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI solutions, including experience with LLMs
(OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, etc.)
2+ year building RAG systems using vector DBs
1+ year with agentic frameworks (Lang Graph, Lang Chain, etc.)
5+ years in cloud development leveraging AWS, REST, microservices
Strong Python, Typescript, and Java experience
Background in ML Ops and CI/CD
Experience building enterprise or customer-facing GenAI products
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
Experience with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies
Technical Skills
Must Have
Agentic AI Development
At least 3 years of hands-on software development using Python and/or Java with knowledge of application, data and architecture design patterns and principles.
Nice To Have:
AWS Bedrock, AWS Sagemaker, GenAI enablement , AWS IAM / least-privilege, AWS Networking (VPC, ALB, NLB) Infrastructure experience

-They have their own LLM Wrapper doesn't need code generation LLM experience they need someone who can built agent from scratch who will interact with their LLM which is Fred AI their own system.
-Doesn't need another IDE integration like Claude or similar platform.
-Create Agentic AI agents in non-production environment (used by the engineers or developer to generate required code as per the task.
-CI/CD and Agent for deployment experience exposure.
-AI based work and Python and SDLC and want to create agent for SDLC project.
