Projects & Team Context

• Team supports Client Administration within Client, focused on client-related and hierarchical data.
• Majority of work is supporting existing initiatives, with one newer initiative that started in Q1.
• Complexity is manageable technically, but success depends heavily on navigating enterprise processes.
  • My PBM Client Management Portal
    • Enterprise portal used for PBM client management
    • In development for ~2 years; continuously expanding
    • Continuous enhancements + net-new features coming into the backlog

Technical Skill Requirements

• Core stack:
  • Java
  • Angular
  • Microservices
  • PostgreSQL
  • Kafka required (must-have)
  • Git/GitHub
  • Azure (preferred cloud)
• MongoDB moved to nice-to-have
• Experience with automated testing is expected.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools is a plus.

Candidate Profile Preferences

• Strong emphasis on:

  • Following established processes and understanding why they exist
  • Ownership mentality and minimizing follow-ups
• Enterprise experience is strongly preferred.
