MSP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced MSP Program Manager to support our growing aerospace and defense initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing contingent workforce programs, optimizing supplier partnerships, and ensuring compliance with security requirements. Previous aerospace and or defense MSP experience required.

=9 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage MSP operations for aerospace and defense contracts

Partner with suppliers and stakeholders to enhance program efficiency

Ensure compliance with security clearances (including Top Secret)

Drive process improvements and workforce strategy

=9 Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing MSP programs in aerospace, defense, or government contracting

Strong background in vendor management and compliance

Familiarity with Top Secret clearance requirements is a plus

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
