Location: Manassas, VA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract-to-Hire Opportunity



We are seeking a POC (Points of Connection) Administrator to support a dynamic project team in Manassas, VA. This hybrid role requires a mix of on-site presence and remote work, with travel to the client site as needed.



In this role, you will work closely with project teams to execute day-to-day activities, build strong on-site relationships, and support the tracking and management of Points of Connection (POCs) tied to facility distribution systems. This is a fast-paced environment where adaptability, communication, and attention to detail are key to success.


Key Responsibilities


  • Attend and actively participate in project and coordination meetings

  • Manage and maintain POC tracking databases with high accuracy

  • Review TSR (Technical Service Request) information and input data into systems

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather missing or incomplete information

  • Review Bluebeam sessions and prepare markups ahead of meetings

  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and completeness

  • Create laminated streamers for field tagging activities

  • Perform field verification tasks, including:

    • Confirming availability of POCs

    • Verifying installation status of laterals

    • Identifying locations of laterals, POCs, and VMBs



  • Support additional project tasks and priorities as directed by management


Required Qualifications


  • Experience working with complex databases and data tracking systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

  • Ability and willingness to travel to job sites as needed


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in semiconductor design and/or construction environments

  • Exposure to mechanical, electrical, or process systems within manufacturing

  • Familiarity with facilities operations and engineering processes

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes

  • Proven ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
