Integration Tool Engineer

PGS Worldwide is seeking an Integration Tool Engineer in El Segundo, California for a 5-month contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This onsite position supports tooling programs through project management, control account management, cost and schedule coordination, and cross-functional execution. The role works closely with design engineering, manufacturing, business management, scheduling, and program leadership to support tooling statements of work, forecasting, earned value activities, and project delivery.
Required Skills
- Bachelors degree in STEM
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present to multiple levels of the organization
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives
- Experience supporting cost control, forecasting, proposals, and project execution
- Ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously
What Youll Do
- Support tooling programs as an Integration Tool Engineer with Control Account Manager responsibilities
- Work with design engineering, manufacturing engineering, business management, scheduling, and program operations to gather information for cost control, forecasting, and proposals
- Update earned value management tools and produce required program data products
- Review monthly earned value data and provide cost account status
- Manage multiple tooling-related projects involving tool design engineering and in-house and offsite fabrication
- Coordinate with scheduling teams to develop and execute integrated master schedules
- Support change requests with business management and scheduling teams
- Track budget actuals, financial performance, staffing requirements, and schedule status
- Perform schedule risk assessments and help mitigate cost and schedule risks
- Support stakeholder meetings, action item tracking, requirements traceability, and statement of work breakdowns
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers, management, and program stakeholders

- $67.98/hour
