Assembler

PGS Worldwide is seeking an Assembler in Hudson, NH for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role focuses on mechanical assembly of subassemblies and systems, working hands-on with small parts and tools in a production environment.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (or trade school education)
• Experience with mechanical assembly or similar hands-on work
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written instructions and process sheets
• Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fine motor assembly work or detailed mechanical builds
• Experience performing minor repairs or rework

What You'll Do

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical subassemblies and systems
• Use standard and specialized tools to complete assembly tasks
• Follow process sheets and detailed instructions for builds and repairs
• Handle and position small parts with precision
• Perform repetitive tasks such as lacing and knot tying
• Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with requirements
• Support overall production and team objectives

Work Schedule / Shift

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM (four 10-hour days)
