What Youa ll Do
Architect and deliver scalable, cloud native, and SaaS based solutions that transform next generation BSS platforms.
Lead the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies to automate workflows, enable hyper personalized customer experiences, and support intelligent, data driven decision making.
Drive initiatives to embed AI/ML models for dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, proactive service assurance, anomaly detection, and real time product recommendations.
Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML optimization across customer journeys and business processes.
SKills:
Bachelora s or Mastera s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
8+ years of solution architecture experience, with a focus on large scale BSS in telecommunications or similar industries.
Proven expertise in architecting cloud native, microservices, and SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Hands on experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise systems, with applications such as dynamic pricing, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and real time recommendations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs, eTOM, SID, or similar industry standards (preferred).
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is a plus.
