Key Requirements:
- At least 6+ months of soldering experience on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Experience with component-level electrical repair.
- Minimum of 2 years working as an electronics technician.
- Ability to pass a Technical Aptitude Test, if required.
- Knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and theory.
- Proficient in using test equipment.
- Skilled in soldering and desoldering.
- Capability to troubleshoot to the component level.
- Experience handling hard drives while following ESD standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently or with a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient computer skills for data recording.
- Maintain, test, and repair electrical/electronic components.
- Diagnose and resolve component-level issues.
- Read and interpret schematics.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting.
- Provide training and support to other technicians.
- Follow quality performance standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow warehouse safety rules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good time management.
- Willingness to learn and improve skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent certification/experience.
- Work in a warehouse environment.
- Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and walk for long periods.
- Bend, push, pull, twist, and reach repetitively.
