8+ years of deep experience with IBM Sterling OMS (Functional focus on Ship/Order).
Strong proficiency in Java Spring (Advanced level).
Proven track record in API development and design.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a Managed Services or Level 9 equivalent environment.
Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
Experience coordinating tasks between local and offshore development teams.
