We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack .NET Developer to join our Consumer Credit Cards technology team. This role will focus on building and modernizing enterprise-grade, container-based applications using .NET APIs, React, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AWS technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing scalable full stack applications, leading development teams, and supporting cloud-native modernization initiatives.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential within a collaborative and fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using .NET and React
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET technologies
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using React (must-have skill)
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in an agile environment
  • Support modernization efforts transitioning on-prem applications to Kubernetes/container-based solutions
  • Work with OpenShift containers and cloud-native deployment models
  • Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams on AWS and container platform integrations
  • Participate in deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization of containerized applications
  • Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (mandatory)
  • Strong full stack development experience with .NET and React
  • Hands-on experience building and consuming APIs using .NET technologies
  • Experience with container-based solutions and Kubernetes platforms
  • Experience with OpenShift in on-prem environments
  • AWS experience including EKS and Lambda
  • Experience leading or mentoring development teams
  • Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and agile practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience modernizing legacy/on-prem applications into cloud-native architectures
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in enterprise financial services or consumer-facing environments
Interview Process
  • 2 rounds of interviews
  • Contract-to-hire evaluation during the 12-month engagement
