The Code Violations Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Coordinate with city, county, and code enforcement officials regarding violations and compliance requirements.
- Track active code violation cases and monitor timelines.
- Communicate with clients regarding bids, approvals, fines, and project updates.
- Coordinate repair progress and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Review documentation, photos, and compliance records for accuracy.
- Assist with negotiating fines, fees, and extensions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate property and case records.
- Notify code enforcement agencies upon completion and obtain compliance verification.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Construction, repair, plumbing, or property preservation knowledge preferred
