Overview
The Package Assembler I assists with packaging operations in a warehouse and production environment. This role supports the preparation, packaging, labeling, and quality verification of materials while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.
Job Specifications
Assist with packaging operations and preparation of materials
Operate packaging machines according to established procedures
Load items into containers for packaging and shipment
Weigh and label containers accurately
Perform quality checks to identify defective or nonconforming items
Maintain accurate records of materials, packaging, and shipments
Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support general warehouse and packaging operations as assigned
Skills and Experience
General warehouse experience required
Ability to operate packaging equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
