Responsibilities:
- Manage business proposals end-to-end, working closely with company partners, delivery leaders, services, and other sales support team members.
- Focus on small-sized deals where existing solutions might be replicated, under close supervision from managers.
- Organize, plan, and track the bid process, collaborating with sales, account, services, and other functions to prepare a compelling proposal response.
- Review progress with managers and incorporate feedback.
- Understand customer requirements and business problems to drive discussions toward building a winning proposal.
- Organize pursuit discussions, war rooms, and collaborate with support functions like HR, Legal, and Finance to complete the proposal response on time and with quality.
- Work confidently with other stakeholders within the organization.
- Provide regular status updates to sales leadership, highlighting issues and challenges to ensure timely intervention.
- Final formatting and packaging of bid response documents for submission.
